Creamy Avocado Smoothie
A tasty blend of macro- and micronutrients!

- 1 cup spinach
- 1 avocado, peeled and removed seed
- 1 TBSP honey
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup plain yogurt
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
