When NPR radio reporter Jeff Cohen learned his 5-year-old daughter had given his 3-year-old a very bad haircut, he put his journalistic skills to work, interviewing the two about what inspired the awful idea. What followed was the purely hilarious logic only kids could dream up, and also a very hard learned lesson - scissors are not toys, and 5-year-olds are definitely not good barbers.
