Chobani GIVEAWAY!
Mom365 and Chobani pair up to bring you a healthy snack and a giveaway
Posted by lindsay wright
We’re taking a short break from fitness today. I know. You’re upset. (stop smiling)
Instead, I want to share one of my favorite healthy living recipes that is totally kid-friendly and takes zero effort. A win, right? Another bonus, at the bottom of the page, you’ll see a special treat that Mom365 and Chobani have partnered together to offer you! Don’t fret – I’ll be back next week with a new fitness challenge for January!
It’s resolution time. Weight-loss companies, gyms, and personal trainers, like myself, LOVE this time of year. The health and weight-loss industry makes a lot of money from people who want to change. In fact, the annual revenue of the U.S. weight-loss industry is over $20 Billion!!(source) So much money for something that should be simple.
The truth is, there is no quick solution to losing weight. It takes hard work in the gym and discipline in the kitchen. No gimmicks or tricks. For sustained, lifelong health, we simply need to eat less of the foods that harm us and more of the foods that fuel our bodies properly.
May I introduce you to our “GO-TO” snack around the Wright household? Chobani-Covered Frozen Fruit! (Full disclosure: I'm a Chobani ambassador, but that doesn't mean I don't genuinely love the stuff. You could also do this with other kinds of low-fat, naturally sweetened yogurt.)

Something light to help you start the week of clean eating off right? We all know that January is the perfect time to clean up our diets, focus on whole foods, and rid our bodies of the sugar coma that December brought. Make this snack and you’ll hit all of those points. PLUS, your kids will eat this too. They can even help make these little gems.
You don’t need much.
Fresh fruit and Blood Orange Chobani. Actually ANY Chobani flavor will work!

Items dirtied: One plate, one knife, one spoon, four toddler fingers.
Here’s what you do: Cut up the fruit. Dip it in the yogurt. Put on a plate and freeze for an hour.
What you’re left with are little gems of health.

Ways to eat these little guys:
- Plate to mouth.
- Slightly thawed, then added into…wait for it…..a different Chobani flavor!
- As a side to a breakfast omelet.
My favorite? In a bowl, with a splash of unsweetened almond milk and granola.

Yep. Little gems of health!
Want to make some of your own? Chobani and Mom365 have partnered together to bring you a GIVEAWAY! Two winners will receive a 12-pack case of their own Chobani! Plus, the winners get to choose their flavors!!
