Story: Because of my age, the doc wanted to induce. We went in at 7:30 a.m. My mom and dad couldn't be there cause they were home with a stomach virus. My 14- and 17- year-old girls were there as well as my husband. We started the process and we waited and waited. I was having a bit of pain that I didn't care for, so I asked for an epidural. Something I had never done before.

I went numb and was sleepy.... my girls left to go eat and my oldest locked her keys in the car. We had to have a friend get the spare key and he came and joined us at the hospital. My water broke after the epidural was put in and I was only 2 cm. After what seemed forever, I was at 7 a.m. I was in more pain, so I got a big dose in my epidural and I was in more pain, so I got some lidocaine. I felt I was going numb to my head. LOL.

The nurse wouldn't check me cause the doc told her not to and I had to keep moving cause the baby kept going into stress. All the while I am numb. I waited and waited for the doc to come back to check me. He was doing an emergency C-section. He came in after 11 p.m. and went to check me and Crue was already heading out. It took two to three pushes and my son was born.
